All purity claims are supported by independent third-party laboratory testing and documented in the certificate of analysis published for each lot.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping and delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for information about processing times, carriers, and delivery estimates. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. Due to the nature of research compounds we cannot accept returns on opened products.

8. Certificates of analysis

A certificate of analysis is published for every lot before it is listed for sale. COAs are issued by independent third-party laboratories and document purity and identity verification results. Historical COAs are available upon request.

9. Limitation of liability

Serenity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
