High-performance liquid chromatography separates the compound from any impurities present in the sample and measures purity with precision. We set the minimum at 99%. Lots that do not meet that threshold are rejected — not discounted, not relabeled, rejected.
Mass spectrometry confirms the molecular identity of the compound by measuring its exact molecular weight against the theoretical mass. This verification step ensures that what the label says is in the vial is actually in the vial.

Each COA issued for a Serenity compound includes the compound name, lot number, test date, purity percentage confirmed by HPLC, molecular identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, and a pass or fail result against our 99% minimum purity standard.
