Our commitment

Every compound we sell ships with a third-party verified certificate of analysis confirming purity and identity. We stand behind the quality of every lot we carry. If something is wrong with your order we will make it right.

Eligibility for refunds

We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong product — if your order contains an incorrect compound or fill amount we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

Your order arrived damaged — if your product arrives visibly damaged or the vial seal has been compromised please photograph the damage immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order was lost in transit — if your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

The product does not match the published COA — if you have reason to believe the compound you received does not match the certificate of analysis published for that lot contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for

Opened or used products — due to the nature of research compounds we cannot accept returns on any product once the vial seal has been broken.

Change of mind — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders where you have simply changed your mind after purchase.

Improper storage — we are not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery. All storage requirements are clearly listed on each product page and on the vial label.

Orders placed in error — please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We are unable to refund orders placed in error once they have been dispatched.

How to request a refund

Contact us at research@serenitypeptide.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant. We respond to all refund requests within one business day.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at research@serenitypeptide.com if you need to cancel an order.

Wholesale and bulk orders

Refund eligibility for wholesale and bulk orders is determined on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss.

Research use only

All products sold by Serenity are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. Refunds will not be issued on the basis that a product was used for any purpose other than legitimate in vitro laboratory research.
