Shipping policy

Processing time

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched the same business day when placed before 2:00 PM MST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends and holidays are dispatched the following business day.

Shipping methods

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. All orders ship with tracking and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to Serenity or the nature of the contents on the exterior. Inner packaging is sealed and temperature appropriate for lyophilized peptide compounds.

Storage and temperature

Lyophilized peptide compounds are stable at ambient temperature for short periods during transit. For long-term storage keep compounds at -20°C. We are not responsible for product quality if compounds are not stored correctly upon receipt.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at research@serenitypeptide.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
